Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and the team behind AI Human Generator at aihumangenerator.net ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them, along with our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the site does

You describe a person, or add a reference image, choose a few options, and an AI model creates a picture of a person who does not exist. Everything it makes is machine-made: faces, hands, text or backgrounds can come out wrong, and a result made from your own photo may not look exactly like you. Check every image before you use it.

The Soulmate Sketch tool is for fun. It draws an imagined face from your answers; it does not predict anyone, find a real person or tell the future.

The Random Person Generator puts together made-up profiles (name, age, job, city, short bio) in your browser, with an optional AI portrait. These profiles are fictional and are meant for test data, mockups, writing and games only.

Free use

Every visitor can create one image free of charge, without signing up. The allowance is per person, not per browser: we track it by network and device, and using extra devices, browsers, VPNs or scripts to get more isn't allowed. We may change or pause the free allowance at any time.

What you may ask for and upload

• Adults only. The site creates images of adults. Don't ask for children or teenagers, describe characters as minors, or upload images of anyone under 18.
• No real, identifiable people. Don't ask it to recreate celebrities, public figures or anyone you know, and don't use it to put a real person's face on another body. The site does not offer face swapping.
• Your own photos only. Where a tool takes a photo (selfie, photoshoot, influencer), upload only photos of yourself or of someone who has agreed to it.
• No harmful content. No nudity or sexual content, violence, hate, or anything illegal where you or we are.

We may block prompts or uploads that break these rules. You keep all rights to what you upload, and you let us store it, process it and pass it to our AI providers only to create the images you ask for, until it is deleted as the Privacy Policy describes.

Using the people you create

We claim no ownership of the images you create. How you may use them also depends on the terms of the AI models and providers behind the site, and we make no promise about commercial use, so check those before relying on an image commercially. Keep in mind that in some countries purely AI-made images can't be protected by copyright, and someone else may get a similar result from a similar request.

The people in these images are not real. You must not use them, or the profiles from the Random Person Generator:

• to pretend to be a real person, or to pass a made-up person off as real in order to mislead someone;
• for fake social media or dating accounts, catfishing, romance scams or any other fraud;
• for fake identity documents, getting around identity or age checks, or opening accounts in a false name;
• to harass, defame or deceive anyone.

Things you must not do

• Break the law or anyone else's rights while using the site.
• Get around the free allowance, rate limits or content filters.
• Scrape the site, overload it, probe it for weaknesses or try to reach data that isn't yours.
• Resell the service or build a product on top of it without our written permission.

Our content

The site's design, text, logo and example images are ours. Please don't copy them without permission.

Changes, suspension and ending access

We may change, pause or stop any part of the site. If you break these terms we may block your access without notice.

No guarantees

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will always be up, error-free, or that any result will fit your purpose.

Our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim connected with the site is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is higher. Nothing here takes away rights your local law gives you that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, so does the date at the top of the page. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the new version.
