Privacy Policy
How AI Human Generator handles your prompts, the images you upload and the small amount of data the site needs to work.
Last updated: 2026-11-06
AI Human Generator (aihumangenerator.net) makes AI pictures of people: you describe a person, or add a reference image, and an AI model draws a new picture. This policy explains what information passes through the site, why, who else touches it and when it goes away. "We", "our" and "us" mean the team behind aihumangenerator.net.
The short version
- Your prompt and any image you add are used for one thing: making the picture you asked for. We don't sell them, post them anywhere or use them to train AI models.
- Uploaded images stay in our storage only as long as the service needs them, and we delete yours on request.
- To share out free images fairly we store a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address plus a device identifier. Your raw IP address is never stored.
- The fake names, ages, jobs and bios on the Random Person Generator are made up inside your browser. They are not sent to us and are not about real people.
- You don't create an account here. The one place we ask for an email address is the optional waitlist for features that aren't live yet.
Information you send us
Prompts and options. The description you type, the options you choose (gender, age range, style, aspect ratio and the like) and the number of images you ask for.
Reference images. Some tools let you add an image: a drawing to turn into a realistic person, or your own photo for a selfie, photoshoot or influencer look. Your browser shrinks and compresses it before upload; we receive that copy.
Waitlist email. A few tools or options aren't ready yet. Choosing one opens a form that offers to let you know when it works. If you submit it, we save your email address, the page and option you picked, your answer to " What do you need it for?", and a salted one-way hash of your IP address so we can spot automated sign-ups. We use it only to send that single notice: no newsletter, no sharing, and we don't verify the address.
Emails to us. If you write to us, we keep the thread so we can answer.
Information the site records on its own
- Free-image count. A salted hash of your IP address, an identifier your browser works out from its own settings, and how many free images you have made. The browser identifier is also kept in your browser's local storage.
- Generation records. The tool and options used, the time, whether it succeeded, and links to any uploaded image and to the result.
- Server logs. Like every website, our host handles your IP address, browser type and the pages you open in order to serve the site and block attacks.
- Visit counts. Plausible Analytics counts visits without cookies and without keeping anything that identifies you. We only see totals such as page views, countries and referring sites.
Cookies and local storage
We set no cookies for visitors. Your browser's local storage holds the device identifier mentioned above and whether you prefer the light or dark theme. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes both.
Outside services
A handful of outside services help run the site. Each one gets only what its job needs:
- Cloudflare — hosts the site and stores the reference images you upload and the images you create (Cloudflare R2); like any web host it sees your IP address when you connect.
- AI Hub and the AI image model behind it — AI Hub is our gateway that passes your prompt, the options you picked and any reference image to the image model (Google Nano Banana 2) through its model provider; they process them to create your image and may keep the input and the result for a limited time so it can be downloaded.
- Plausible Analytics — counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you.
We also hand over information when the law requires it, or when that is needed to stop fraud or keep people safe. We never sell personal information or share it for advertising.
How long things are kept
- Uploaded reference images: kept in our storage only to run the service; email us and we remove yours.
- Generated images: held by the AI provider that made them for a limited time so you can download them, then removed. Download the ones you want to keep.
- Free-image records: for as long as we hand out free images; they hold no raw IP address.
- Random Person Generator profiles: never stored by us; they disappear when you close or refresh the page.
- Waitlist entries: until we've sent the notice for that feature or you ask us to remove yours, whichever happens first.
Your rights
Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, send you a copy, fix it or delete it, uploaded images included. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California) you may have more rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
AI Human Generator is for people aged 18 and over. It makes images of adults only: don't upload photos of anyone under 18 and don't ask it for pictures of minors. If we find such an image in our storage, we delete it.
Younger visitors shouldn't join the waitlist either; if we learn that a child has, we remove the entry.
Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Uploads are checked to be real images before we store them, and each file sits at a long random address that isn't linked from anywhere. Anyone holding that address can open the file, so don't share your result links if you want them private.
Where data is processed
Our host and AI providers run servers in several countries, so your data may be processed outside the country where you live.
Updates to this policy
When this policy changes, so does the date at the top. If a change affects how uploaded images are used, we will announce it on the site before it applies.
